New IEC Partnership
The IEC is now partnered with Baker Group out of Des Moines to help schools improve their energy efficiency, comfort and safety in their existing buildings.
Baker Group is an awarded bidder through the Department of Administrative Services (DAS) and the State of Iowa. The contract includes labor rates and material discounts on:
- Engineering for Facility Improvement Master Planning
- Energy Management & Temperature Controls
- Access Control and CCTV Security Systems
- Fire Alarm Systems
Baker Group also provides labor rates and material mark-ups for
installation and repair services for:
- Plumbing
- Heating
- Air-conditioning
- Refrigeration
Baker Group is available to assess your facilities through benchmarking and identification of improvement opportunities.
