What is the IEC? How do they get such aggressive discounts? How do I become an IEC vendor partner? These are just a few of the many questions IEC staff get asked on a regular basis. In efforts to answer some common questions more conveniently and to address those questions that are important to have answered, the IEC has added a new FAQ section to this website.
Located towards the top of the right hand side of the screen, you will see two new buttons have been added. The first, “Customer FAQs” takes to you a page where general IEC questions are addressed. These questions come from prospective and current clients, as well as the general public. Reading these will provide you with a general overview of the basic principles behind the IEC.
The second button – “Vender FAQs” – is an area dedicated to the IEC’s vendor partners. Here, prospective and current vendors can read about the process the IEC follows when selecting new vendors, advantages of partnering with the IEC and the support the IEC provides their contracted vendors.
While the new sections do cover most of the commonly asked questions, it is not by any means all encompassing. Guests are encouraged to explore our website and/or contact us should they have more specific questions that need to be addressed.
