Notice to Bidders

Sealed Bids will be received on behalf of the Iowa Educators Consortium until:

1:30 p.m. EDT, Friday, October 14, 2011

For:          

A. Work Order & Asset Management Systems
B. Hardwood & Synthetic Flooring
C. Synthetic Turf
D. Track & Court Surfaces
E. Kitchen Supplies & Equipment
F. Mobile Learning Solutions
G. Musical Instruments & Supplies
H. Scoreboards & Marquee Signage

Each bid package consists of three or more parts:

        Part A  – Notice to Bidders and Terms and Conditions (Same for all bid commodities)
        Part B –  Commodity Specifications
        Part C –  Bid Forms
      Part D, E, F & G – Additional Bid Forms if required

All bids must be submitted to Wilson Education Center, 2101 Grace Avenue, Charlestown, IN  47111, in a sealed envelope marked “SEALED BID AEPA #012” on the front of the envelope.  Note that bidders must be able to provide products and services in up to 24 states including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin and Wyoming. 

Bid documents may be downloaded from the web at www.aepacoop.org. The Iowa Educators Consortium reserves the right to reject any or all bids in whole or in part; to waive any formalities or irregularities in any bids, and to accept the bids, which in its discretion, within state law, are for the best interest of the Iowa Educators Consortium and/or other AEPA Member Agencies and/or their Participating Entities.  Bids will be opened and publicly read immediately following the deadline.
