The IEC is Out and About in July
During the summer months, the IEC keeps busy doing a number of things – working with vendors for new fall pricing, holding advisory committee meetings, developing marketing plans and seeking/renewing contracts, to name a few. However, there is one major component to our business that keeps us going in the summer – trade shows and conferences.
What’s great about these shows is that it gives us a chance to connect face to face with the people we serve. It also gives our clients a chance to speak with us one on one regarding any questions, comments or concerns they may have with the program. Trade shows are one of our most important marketing tactics and we try and get to all that we can. With that said, July is a big month for shows. Below is a listing of where we will be exhibiting in the next few weeks. Be sure to come visit us!
- Iowa School Buildings & Grounds Association --July 14-16th at Ames Middle School
- School Spirit ’09 Buying Show, hosted by the IEC and Martin Brothers – July 28th at Five Sullivan Brothers Convention Center, Waterloo
- Back to School Nursing Conference – July 29th at Education and Research Center, Blank Children’s Hospital, Des Moines
- School Spirit ’09 Buying Show, hosted by the IEC and Martin Brothers – July 30th at the hotel at Gateway Center, Ames
